I cleaned my unit with two days to go until my contract was up. I was paid up in full. I packed my unit in the morning and took it home to unload, when I returned I was denied access at the gate. It took three phone calls before it was explained to me that because I took my lock off it that I forfeitted my unit and deposit. I went back to pick up a small amount of dirt I had swept since there are no garbage cans located on the premise. Great units and security, very poor communication from Managers and 7:00 pm. too early to close.
This place is so fraudulent...I hope people see this and never rent from there. Otherwise, the may never see their personal belongings again.
I've had a storage unit here for a few years now, I really do like it. The only downfall is that the rates have gone up by $10 for me since I've been there. Otherwise, the people are nice and they're good at patrolling the place.
