This was a nice park once. I can't afford to live here any more because of the rent space is going so high. And as of the last 4 years, the management has only made improvements to the club house, and in the meantime the park is getting Dumpy. Poor management!
The park is nice - but the rent is ridiculous and is going up, you get tickets for parking on the side of the street after 10 PM (because the streets are that much busier
I have lived in this community for over eleven years and I love it!! There are so many opportunities to make it easily the best in the valley. I love having the clubhouse for personal events, the hot tub after a long day at work, the gym for the days I have too many cookies, the free Wi-Fi in the clubhouse, the thanksgiving and Christmas dinner, the pool....just so many pluses! The management has gotten better and more involved in community concerns and it's so professional with all dealings on issues. Yrs, the space rent had gone up but look at all of the valley and rental prices...things change...change with them.
The rent is very inflated they have nice amenities but for the small piece of dirt that you have to rent for over $600 a month is not fair
To many speed bumps,and an old lady at back of park that is nosey and bitches about stupid stuff
