Well, actually I stumbled across this review site while looking for a place for my 30 year old son to live. I live in Aspens (for seniors) so, as opposed to the negative reviews I've seen, gives me more validity as regards a review. At any rate, I find this community to be not only aesthetically pleasurable visually but accommodating and friendly. I have heard of people traveling and moving many miles to get into this park. The website is factual and if you look there you will see what a beautiful site this is.
I am not yet retired, and was unsure if I would like living in senior community, but this is a lovely, friendly park, and have been living here for 10 years now. It has been owned by the same family since it's inception, and they maintain the grounds/structures very well. I need high speed internet to conduct my business, and I have the highest speed you can get in Medford. The underground wiring was updated some years back. The work I do includes me seeing clients in their homes and I have lived in area for 42 years, so I feel that I am a good judge on the quality of the various parks in both Jackson and Josephine counties. If other commenters have rated this park as poor, I would love to show them what poor looks like...
Nice clean and quiet park.
So happy we found this fantastic community for my mom. Aspens on the Creek has it all. The park is beautiful, welcoming, clean and well managed. The community areas are well appointed and maintained. Individual spaces are laid out to allow privacy but yet encourage a feeling of safety and neighborliness. Truly a place to make a home sweet home.
this is a great park my grandparents have lived here 17 years. everyone is so nice and the park always is clean and well cared for.
