ABSOLUTELY the most HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE, I'VE POSSIBLY EVER HAD. It took 5 minutes and yelling into the kitchen 3 TIMES today, to get someone to take our order. Then the rude, clueless, girl who took our order was one thing...she disappeared without giving us a cup and a beer both, then we yelled for someone, finally getting another rude clueless guy, who couldn't serve beer...and then asked for a mgr, and got YET AGAIN a rude, clueless ginger snatch. Who wasn't EVEN a mgr ..THEY SAY one cant be reached but im on the hunt for the info now...WE WILL NOT BE BACK. WIDH THERE WAS NEGATIVE STARS FOR RATING.
Not only does this Roundtable serve great pizza and have a friendly staff, it's also one of the cleanest pizza restaurants you'll ever visit.
Terrible experience tonight. Was told by the manager tachiana that it would take 45 minutes. Two hours later still no pizza. Called to see where it was she had a nasty attitude and hung up on me THREE times. Absolutely horrible customer service. I will not be eating there again.
Had to wait for delivery for 1 1/2 hours to get BURNT pizza. I called and they said they were having problems with the oven and would I like to have them come back out. At this time, it was almost 8:00 and my child was starving, so I said I would have my husband come to pick it up but I wanted my delivery charge taken off. She gave us a 10% off discount instead, which basically took care of the delivery charge and no other discount. The pizza was so badly burnt I don't know how they could have even let it leave the building. If I were them, I would worry about my customers coming back not the profit made off of 2 pizzas. I will never get food from them again! The customer service was terrible too. I actually would not even give them a star but I had to just to write this post.
Terrible service Waited 45 min when we asked "manager said not my fault we didn't know where the pizza was to go" umm you took the order! He walked away. WOW!
