1) Lings, lings will forever be my favorite Chinese food and on the plus side there food does NOT stink
My fiance and i arrived about 1130 am on 11/7/17. My fiance asked the waitress to help her identify spicier options on the menu. The waitress said she could have the cooks spice up the food by writing an "S" (for spicey) on the order. We waited for lunch soup that never came even tho its on the menu. When our food was brought to us her meal had not been spiced up. It was bland. The waitress didnt offer to refill our drinks until our meal was over. When asked about my fiances meal our waittress was nonchalant....i forgot...... We both work in retail and understand off days. But from start to finish this was awful.
Its the day after and the smell of the orange chicken still lingers in my nose.
3) Ali's thai kitchen, there potstickers are so much better that the Golden Wok's there rice is better too.
Order beef pho for my husbands lunch and it was the worst pho ever no flavor did not look or taste like beef! Took it back and they would not give me the money back because there was nothing wrong with it! It's NASTY!!!!!!! I didn't want to put a star on here but it was the only way to leave a comment.
2) New Far East, the new far east has great chinease food and it doesnt stink. There chicken has great taste and there rice is awsome.
I've eaten here many times. The food was always great and the service was always friendly. Good selection of Chinese, Thai, and Vietnamese food. The owner also has a restaurant in Central Point although i dont recall the name.
4) Silver Dragon, the Silver Dragon has some of the best orange chicken in the valley and there rice is spot on. There food doesnt stink.
LOVE the garlic chicken! My husband and I stopped in to get dinner to go. The server was very nice, and she gave us a big cup of hot tea to take with us. Our food was ready quickly and it was delicious!!
CONCLUSION: I will never go here again until they get rid of the stinky food. Golden Wok you have lost your business with me! I will never prefer this restraunt to anyone.
The food smelt horrible (WARNING NEVER ORDER ORANGE CHICKEN) It was possibly the worst food I have ever smelt. The potstickers were awful the breading that they use was way to chewy. The fried rice was blan no taste.
