First time we went to this restaurant couldn't get seated and ended up leaving. Second time in an attempt to try it after suggestions by colleagues we did a phone order. They messed up the order and didn't provide one of the meals. So one adult meal, one kid meal and 2 appetizers was over $40. Unfortunately I couldn't look at the receipt as they refused to give one. In addition as a take order no cutlery or napkins were provided. When I called about the mistake the lady answering the phone was rude and while willing to have them cook the other meal it would have meant a 40 minute round trip drive for a meal that was already paid for. The food received was standard fare and nothing special. Any Chinese restaurant can do it. I would recommend staying away based upon horrible customer service and definitely don't do take out as they will scam you.
Consistent good food good service and good prices. Friendly fast service with vigilant attention to detail and presentation. I have been enjoying this restaurant since its opened.
The food was really good, restaurant was clean and well decorated. The place was full but didn't feel crowded and the servers were nice. Overall nice place for lunch or dinner. Really like there menu.
Oh, and get their almond cookies when you go...they're delicious.
I will never get Chinese food from here again. Used to be one of my favorites I gave them more chances than I should have to turn it around, but sadly they have gone down hill. The last few times I got take out from there I was very disappointed. I don't eat pork at all, they use to let me sub with vegetable fried rice stop doing that (other places will.) Their crab puffs used to be good, but very little crab if any now. Their sweet and sour sauce is watered down as are other things. My orders have been wrong and they've been rude on the phone.
My only complaint? Their meat seems low quality. The chicken and beef can be, more often than not, tough. It's a shame when their flavor is really good (especially their orange chicken) but the chicken is tough, as if it's old, or freezer burned (shouldn't by using frozen meat), or it was cooked too long.
I do love their food. It tastes delicious! The staff is incredible, the place inside is wonderful, take-out is a breeze to get when you don't have time for a sit-down, and their prices are reasonable.
