My husband and i went here to try it out for the first time. We both ordered 2 calzones. We then waited for 20 minutes for our food and when it finally came they had made 2 pizzas instead ( not a big deal just needed it fixed). We proceeded to tell the employee that we had ordered calzones instead and he replied with an attitude basically telling us we were wrong. Then he went back to the cash register and brought us the order that was written down saying that we had not said anything about calzones. He continued to have a major attitude about the whole thing not apologizing for the mistake and just told us it would be a while before we actually got our correct order. The whole point of this review is not about them getting the order wrong, but about the attitude we received after the fact. I will not be returning to this establishment if the employees continue to disrespect customers.
I love sandwiches. I probably eat 3 a week, never at the same place twice.on The only exception is Jackson Creek Best sandwich place I've been to ever. Just a hole-in-the-wall sub and pizza shop with a mini bar in the back and the best food and ingredients

If I could give this place a 10 , I would! The best pizza I have found yet, is right here at Jackson Creek pizza behind the Lowe's in Medford. The guys are awesome here and the pizza, wings, salads.... it's all just amazing !
