Have a Groupon deal but they wouldn't let us use both of them, not even an option or let me ask but just no that's it. This is the reason we never eat at Applebees. We should have sat at different tables then just moved together after our food came out. They expire tomorrow, we tried to explain but nope not an option. I will tell eveyone I know about the experience so really worth the 25 dollars saved for Applebees....yeah go Applebees!!
Horrible service a half hour to get our drinks then another half hour to get our food ordered. Seriously an hour before we were able to place an order. I noticed serveral other displeased customers. Two hours later my family finally got to eat.
Like any restaurant they have their share of ups and downs but overall I'm happy with them. Their food is typical chain fare but it's never terrible. They do have this one awesome bartender in Medford who's always friendly. And that's always nice.
One of the best Applebee's experience that I've had and believe me I've had a lot. The bartender did a fantastic job of keeping my glass full, the food arrived quickly and was delicious. The most impressive part was what I assume to be the manager not only stopping to see how my dinner was he also gave me a coupon for $3 off. This Applebee's is well worth a try!
