Spend thousands of dollars you expect top quality service. We had them scheduled and reserved for months. Then came moving day and they never showed up. Told us that they completely forgot schedule. We ended up going with somebody else and we definitely do not recommend this company.
This was the most unprofessional moving experience I have ever had. I was given incorrect information regarding price, and the time truck would arrive. These two items are just the tip of the iceberg. After the move I wrote the local company to voice my concerns and complaints and the reponse letter I received basically total me I heard wrong and things that were included in the estimate were "free" (the wardrobes promised to move my clothing). The wardrobes did not arrive in the moving truck on the day of my move. So my extra trips in my car between my old place and new place with all my hanging clothing was my problem, not his. What happened to customer service!!! I paid a lot of money to use professional movers. This is NOT a professional moving company.

A really good experience from start to finish. The crew worked well together and got us into our new house with no problems. We've moved twice with them now, and it's been great.
