Security officer at the door very rude. No concideration at all. He would make a better prison guard, than a social security office door man.
My husband passed away May 4 2017. I had a telephone interview with Jason and I thought that it went well. Until I got my paperwork from him a lot of the information was incorrect and now its three weeks later and still no corrected paperwork. I am afraid to send my wedding license I feel that it may get lost. He assured me the corrected paperwork was sent. How difficult is it to have a conversation and take down the correct information. I want his job. He wont answer my calls or call me back now. Lost in the SS system.
I had to take the bus because my husband is away with the Army and I got there at noon. They were closed. Which is bad enough, but they openly laughed at me and turned their backs. I had to consult a sign for an explanation of why my time was completely wasted. I was stuck there for five more hours until the next bus arrived.
Rude and horrible.
My mom had to take me there before for my ssi appointment and the security guard took my purse and searched it while he told me to turn around and put my ss number in to the machine my mom was helping me as my health wasn't good at all and could barely stand . Anyways I got done and he handed my large purse back to me. On the way home I went to get something out of my purse and my wallet was gone the security guard had stolen it I called the office but they denied it but 30 days later they called me and said my wallet was at their office gee go figure minus my $35
been there a few times with my husband very quick great customer service !
