Service was prompt and the staff was very respectful and gave my SO great information and was quick and very efficient.
Obese lady with no name tag told me I had to go to some other VA office to get any information about veteran benefits so this place is completely worthless should be shut down waste of tax money. Or maybe better yet fire everybody working there including whoever's in charge of hiring those people and start over find people willing to work and help people
The staffs here has no idea about what they are talking about. Just like the other review, it's a waste of tax dollars.
Nametags? Wake up to reality people, the staff are competent. I would gladly get on down and do pushups for them, because when the bottom dropped out of my life and this former high speed grunt couldn't even tell his momma how sorry he was because Dad wasn't having his crap no more, Tonia Flokoi, listened.
