They have fewer clients waiting in line for aide and the case workers are polite, curtious and helpful.
Decent facility, personal are trained well.....but seem a little disgruntled with conditions in which they perform.
I've had to visit this office about four times now, the people there are always curtious, knowledgeable, and helpful. Waiting time is low to almost nonexistant, unlike many government offices. The people here are professional to say the least.
