He's the man! I really liked how he kept me updated with what's going on with the case and he was very professional. I'm not sure if it was a standard but I felt his approach was very strategic and aggressive. I would recommend Mr. Cougar to my friends and family in a heartbeat.

My interactions with Mr Cougar were not Positive I'm afraid, I found him unpleasant, unprofessional unable to answer basic questions that pertained to the reason he was retained. Very unfortunate.
We were referred to this attorney by another attorney. Spoke over the phone about our case and then scheduled a meeting at 10am at his office in Medford. We live in Grants Pass about 30 minutes away. We showed up he did not. We called and called and never got a return call until 5pm. He asked us where we went and acted like he had no knowledge of our scheduled meeting. We told him we went to his office (the address he provided) and left messages on his voicemail. He then said "oh well I'm sorry would you like to reschedule"? Very unprofessional first impression if you ask me. Needless to say we found another attorney.

He was always prompt in his responses, and gets right to the point of the matter, which for some may seem brusque, but is very helpful when you are dealing with a situation that is very convoluted, intricate and emotional. He always assures you that he is on your side and lays out the options and pros/cons of the situation. In the court room, in my particular case, there is no one I would've had by my side than Mr. Cougar. He fought for me and has brought about the best possible outcome.
