Not sure why anyone would rate so low over what was explained at least. I don't know about Wilson but Lee Ferguson is an awesome family lawyer who has been in this town forever.
Went in for a consultation, and apparently he is one of the few attorneys in southern Oregon that handles a civil suit for child molestation. He refused the case because he was concerned more about how long it would take to get his money. I would recommend an attorney in Portland area after my experiences with attorneys around southern Oregon. I ended up contacting one on the phone and explaining the exact same thing I did with this attorney and I'm meeting with him shortly, not even charging a "consultation" fee like everyone here. He was friendly though.
I got Wilson as an attorney still have not heard from him if no contact I will go Portland as I having better communication with them however I believe in giving small law office a chance he said he contact me next week and the week ended still no word I give this another week then if nothing I give the Portland Oregon lawyer my case they want it because I suing big .And I know I will win I don't like being stalled .Pray Wilson is serious about taking my case I let u know if he does if not I know Portland wants my case .
I spent several months representing myself in a divorce but got to a point I couldn't I couldn't move forward. I spoke with several layers who didn't seem interested. After talking to Lee she took my case. Lee looks and listens to you like a caring parent or grandparent. She always had time to speak to me when I would drop in (though it's better to make an appointment). She knows family law, does her homework, and is ready to fight for you in court. I was very pleased with the outcome.
