Josh Elbert has been my State Farm agent for several years. He and his staff have always given us first rate service, and been right there when needed. They even jumped into action for me on a holiday weekend when my car was vandalized & broken into while out of town.
Our experience was ever-changing and mostly disappointing. The person who wrote our insurance for some reason did it wrong and we paid an astronomical amount in comparison to what we did in California.we have been with State Farm for over 17 years and the lack of concern and badly done the job is no excuse to charge us more even when we figured out where the original mistake was made by the insurance writer they couldn't go back and fix it.we move to focus one Insurance and saved a few hundred dollars a month.
I started with this office after moving into town. A month into the policy, I get "cancelled" because Underwriting said I was married (which I'm not) and I have less than two weeks to fix it. I call after five on the same day that I get the letter, and his number is rolled to the after hours customer service even though his office closes at 5:30. Not knowing what to do, I call a different office (Rory Wold) and Jeff goes out of his way to try to help me. Long story short, this office treated me condescendingly and Elbert treated me as if I was lying and had to call/email numerous times and got different (or no) answers each time I called. Had to do all the leg work on my own to resolve this matter. It looks like I will be going to Rory's office. Don't let this office fool you -- they won't help you when you really need it. Need zero star or minus.
