My son was treated really great at first with this company. He came home really excited about having his own policy. When he got his first statement, it didn't match up to what they had originally worked out. It was $40 higher a month. When my son tried contacting Focus 1; he didn't get a response till after 4 or 5 times of trying. And they basically told my son too bad.
If you are not using Focus 1 you are probably spending to much for insurance. I switched to Focus 1 a few years ago when my long time insurance company raised my rates for no reason at all. Focus 1 got me better coverage for less than I had been paying before the increase! My agent Eli Clark also made sure that I not only had uninsured motorist coverage but under insured motorist coverage as well. I did not know how valuable that would be until my wife and step-son were in a serious injury accident just over a year ago, if we had not had the under insured coverage they would not have been covered for the medical treatment they needed. The best insurance company I have ever used. Jay Rapp is one of the best at his craft. Always available for any questions or concerns. Focus 1 also has the best rates I've ever heard of especially if you don't have the best driving record.
