I had a great experience with Dr. Lam at Group Eyecare Center. I am 40 and this is the first time I've needed any vision correction. Dr. Lam took the time to answer my questions and explain everything to me. The optician helped explain the pros and cons of progressive lenses versus bi-focal. Glasses take way too long to come in, my appointment was a month ago and I called and they are telling me it could be another 4-6 weeks before I get my glasses.. I'm pregnant and my eye site is getting worse, I'm becoming very impatient

Had good experience until this most recent time. The lady messed up on my glasses and had to reorder them 3 times. When I finally got my glasses I didn't notice during the winter time but they forgot to put the transition in the lenses. During the spring time I asked them about it and they just told me oh well it's too late I'm out $120 that I paid for that. They wouldn't refund nor credit me of any kind. When it comes to a refund they're going by the original date they ordered my glasses not the date I actually got the correct pair.
