Best gym in the town of Medford. Everything is 5 star.

Extensive selection of equipment, plenty of space, clean and well maintained. Staff if friendly and helpful. I really like this club.
Lots of space to get a workout in. A small indoor basketball court, racquet ball courts and a swimming pool was available for us to use. As well as a free weight area and some machines. There was also a CrossFit type area downstairs. Came to do some Olympic weightlifting and there were bars and plates to get a workout done.
Lots of things you can do to stay fit. Too bad I was only here for a day.
Very nice and clean gym, with friendly helpful staff and trainers.
