Isaac has really helped me stay goal focused. As a trainer he is hard and understanding but makes me reach deeper to get to the next goal. He has consistently helped me map out physical changes as well and nutrition, schedule, and emotional support through the tough stuff.

I had lots of billing issues and was getting no where with corporate contact after months. I went down to the Medford location to complain and show them documentation of errors on their part, and Laura completely turned things around and looked into things and took her time with me, treated me like a human, and changed my thoughts about this gym and I re signed back up. She was amazing and the reason why my husband and I will now go back. If you have concerns or problems, her professional attitude and amazing customer service will change your thoughts also. I really appreciated being treated with respect finally.

This gym has a wide variety of equipment. The staff are very friendly and helpful. When my body hit a plateau, I hired Carlton as my personal trainer. I reached my personal goal well before our sessions expired. Now he motivates me to push myself in the gym with weight lifting, cardio, nutrition, etc. I highly recommend Carlton as a personal trainer!
