Angie and her staff were great to work with. When I moved to Southern Oregon and purchased a home, I had found Houss to Home Gallery - I purchased some phenomenal furniture pieces for pennies of what they would have cost new!! When I moved out of the valley, I consigned an item with them that I couldn't sell before leaving - they were great, easy to work with, and the deal was done very quickly - would both purchase and consign there again.
They are extremely nice while you are shopping and purchasing. Once the purchase is made everything changes! I called to let them know I was on my way to pickup a dining table and six chairs. I thought I was doing a favor letting them know I was on my way. They were rude on the phone and when I got there, they had everything sitting outside the bay door and did not help me even load it. Try loading a dining room table by yourself. Not high on my list to visit again.
I love to come in now and then to see something new! I have purchased a couple pieces from house to home gallery and I adore them! I am always greeted with smiling faces and treated exceptionally well. Couldn't recommend more! :)
Great variety of quality furniture, very helpful staff. I cannot fathom why Sabrina only gave one-star and a spiteful review. Doesn't come close.
