They really have been very kind to me,I didn't like the original sofa set I got,so they allowed me to exchange it,and I didn't like the second one either,John the manager worked with me to make me happy,he is AWESOME!
My wife and I visited aarons today because of a recommendation from a neighbor.We were greeted seconds after entering the store and asked what brought us in. We stated that we wanted to look around and that we had never been able to before because the store is closed on Sundays. The female then asked where we were from. When we told her she started: "we don't deliver there, mmm, yeah, we don't deliver there". And offered us no more help. We felt like we were not welcome, because of our address and also straight out lied to, since our neighbor's entire living room was purchased from Aaron's (furniture, tv, sound system,) and their washer and dryer. I told her goodbye then, we'll just go then.
