I've been in to this shop many times, and every time I have received great service. The staff are friendly, helpful and generous with the services that are provided. I have great respect for the shop because with one experience alone. I went in and received a loan for one of my belongings. I had forgotten about it an went over my grace period by a week or two. The guy was kind enough to call me and warn me about the issue at hand and still gave me the opportunity to get my item back instead of just putting it out onto the floor to be sold off. I have real respect for this shop because they take the time to show real respect for other people's belongings.
