Horrible customer service. Tried to overcharge and send something FedEx that should have cost $6 to $8 bucks through USPS. Not all your customers are meth heads quit treating them that way. Avoid this place.
I think from now on I'll find another mailbox center ...I'd rather go out of my way a little and find a placer that's more pleasant to do my business.
My sister shipped some items to me from Medford to Roseburg, and the items were so carefully wrapped you could have safely sent them to Russia...thank you Medford Mailbox...
I get what I need for sure, just basic stuff, mailing a package etc...but really, they could be ALOT nicer.
People that work there are weird and unfriendly simply needed to drop off a ups package and they act weird about it. Never going back to this place
I don't often have the need for packing or shipping services but over the last 15 years I have always gone to Medford Mailbox and received great service. Recently I presented them with a challenge by seeking the packing and shipping of an antique slot machine; they took to the challenge and did a superb job, the machine arrived at it's destination in perfect condition. How about some eye contact, a smile, friendliness? It seems like I'm inconveniencing them to be there, they seem so droll and kind of put out. Answering questions with very basic answers, no helpful advice or explanation.
