My family and I just had the worst experience with the front staff. I made an appointment for my son a month ago on one of his off days from school and told the lady that their texting service was the best way for me to confirm our appoinments. It was his last appointment to be finished. Their system was set up to send a text to confirm, it was not sent to me. Ive had the same phone numbers for the last 5 years. Nor did I receive a call on my cell. We show up 10 minutes early, the lady proceeded to tell me that "since I didn't confirm my appointment when they called, "We filled it with someone else who needed it". Also she brought up that "this has happened before", about a year ago we missed an appointment. So they just cancel appointments whenever they feel they want. I've been in the hospital with my father for over 2 months, watching my phone like a hawk. Knowing we had this appoinment already set up. We've never missed any other appointments. They were very rude and had told me that "everyone has lives", "Do you want a copy of our new policies?". And they did not call my phone, nor sent me a text to confirm. We are now moving to a different Dentist.
The staff is wonderful and friendly, the work the doctors do is excellent, and the office itself is beautiful, with artwork done by Dr. Berg himself. The office sends out text message reminders that are easy to confirm, and in cases when I've needed to reschedule, they've always been able to get me back in fairly quickly. I enjoy coming here because the staff cares about doing quality work, and the office is always very inviting.
I was talking to a friend about a great place to go if you ever need a dentist and she said, "I already have a great dentist office in Medford. It's the office of Keith Berg and James Johnson and although I have to drive from Klamath Falls, it is worth it to me to get the best dental care." Ironically, that was the office I was going to recommend. I'm not joking, that truly happened. They make you feel comfortable there. The staff is friendly and caring and they are just wonderful, especially with kids. I personally appreciated the efficient and professional care I received the times I went there. They have top of their class dentists there with plenty of experience. I liked the way they explained what needed to be done then did such wonderful job executing it. If you are looking for an excellent place for dental care with reasonable rates, this is the place!

Dr. Taucher and his staff are amazing! Everyone is very attentive and friendly. My five year old loves visiting the dentist office and having her teeth cleaned by Julie, she makes the experience fun and educational. Dr. Taucher is a great family dentist and truly cares about his patients.
