Older woman gave me the quickest trim and didn't do anything I asked. Very rough with head and hair.
Called in the day of for a haircut the gal on the phone said come right on down and they would get me in. Amanda was super nice and personable, she even offered a toner treatment for my brassy old highlights until I wanted to get my hair relifted. Also, she fixed my terribly cut bangs. I will be returning to her :)
The particular stylist I was booked with was inexperienced and made the experience disappointing. Shampoo was first ice cold then scalding hot. My haircut looked nothing like what I asked for. The Salon itself is probably fine, but definitely request someone with more experience.
Twice now terrible haircut. Have been coming here for years and the turn over is ridiculous. Won't come back.
