Jen is fantastic! Highly recommend her if you're looking for a new stylist. I can't see myself going to anyone but her! She is a professional, yet connects with her clients on a personal level. She keeps you informed during the entire haircut process and gives you her honest opinion. If you're indecisive like me, she'll give you suggestions and always asks how you're liking your style when you come back in for the next trim! I always walk out feeling confident and loving my latest look. It's always a joy to see Jen in the salon each time I'm there.
Having recently moved to Medford, I was searching for a salon environment that could offer top-quality services. I read the reviews of Cielo Salon and especially of Jen Jones, hair stylist, and was confident enough to make an appointment with her for a trim and highlights. VERY IMPRESSED!!! Jen is knowledgeable, professional and also personable....she listened to what I asked for, and I receive expert care and attention at every appointment. My hair looks wonderful and is in much better condition under Jen's expert care. I am now a regular client and I highly recommend Jen! Cielo Salon itself is a lovely, clean and peaceful environment that offers a full menu of services. I am very glad I found Cielo Salon and am already a dedicated client for all the services I receive there. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Love the cut and color I got, my 8 yr old got her nails done and everyone was so sweet and awesome to her. Emily W. Did my hair and Jessica did my daughters nails, they won't let you down! But everyone seemed very skilled. The salon it self is also very upscale looking. Over all great experience!
