I was had a clogged sink and within a few hours these nice gentlemen were at my house fixing it for me and teaching me ways to avoid it in the future. There were very nice, fast and working clean. They tested the sink a few times before leaving. And even though it was my fault that it was clogged they didn't treat me as dumb as I felt. They will be our go to plumber from now on!
In addition they cancelled my appointment and then charged me more because they had to come out a second time since they waited too long. They also splattered grass, dirt, and other stuff all over the side of my house and didn't clean it up. I recommend you go to anyone else. I am very disappointed in Ryan.
Absolutely amazing service!! We had a crisis with our septic, that needed immediate attention. Josh and DC came out to our house right away, and outside of normal business hours. We are so appreciative of their fast and professional service. Thank you!!!
Had the worst experience yesterday with Drainpros. Water heater went out early Sunday morning. Called Drainpros, talked to their answering service, was told someone would call us shortly (this was at about 8:30 a.m.) Come about 2 p.m. - no call. Called again - talked to answering service - assured someone would contact us soon. Another hour - nothing. Called again - same response - no reply. Gave up at 5 p.m.; told answering service to have them contact us Monday morning. It is now 11:15 and no call. New water heater was installed in one hour this morning by "The Art of Plumbing" - great guy. We originally called him shortly after 5 p.m. Sunday so short notice. Was at our house at 8:30 a.m. Monday. Highly recommend him; forget Drainpros forever.
Everything I have needed to schedule an appointment with them they seem to forget about me. I always have to call them back. My dad use to work for this company many years ago, and I even met the owner a number of times. It would seem that over the years they have stopped caring about happy customers and focused on who can pay more.
