Called to make an appointment with my pcp only to find out he is no longer my pcp. The lack of communication on this matter is unprofessional and I would not recommend this medical office to anyone at this point. The worst is the surprised, unapologetic tone used to tell me this news. I asked who was taking his place, and that I needed to be seen, I was then told that there are no openings for 2 months. The worst part of all is that I really liked my doc.
The first Dr. I went to, Dr. Clark in white city medical, preferred to talk about why his license was suspended when he worked at a VA. Really? I quit going until i got a new Dr.
Their dental clinic has the rudest incompassionate front desk person. My daughter had an appointment. I verified the way the insurace was was fine before the appointment. We drive 30 minutes in at 8 am and take time off work. Oh no its not ok. So I offer to private pay, so its not a waisted day. I will get reimbursed by the insurance. Nope wont let me private pay. I leave go get it switched within 60 minutes. I am back in 1 hr. She wont call the insurance to verify. I tell her the insurance said to call because it wont show up in the computer for 48 hrs. She calls another place and not the place i asked her to call. This person made me feel so insignificant and not worth her time.
I call Ms. Keese the supposed director. Still waiting to hear back. Is it the facility philosophy?
