Possibly the worst "bento" I have ever had. But what is even worse is the customer service. Slow, beyond rude, treated every customer in line like garbage. I will tell every single person I know to stay as far away from this place as possible. Unless you like paying for bad food and horrible service.
I was on a road trip passing through, but wish I lived nearby. The noodles with chicken and vegetables were so delicious!

Not even bento! Crappy chicken and rice with no sides and no flavor. And the people who work there are about as rude as they can be. Will NEVER go here again. I would rather eat cold, crappy leftovers from my fridge than eat here again.
If I could give 0 stars I would. The staff is absolutely rude, unaccommodating, and inefficient especially after 2 A.M. (Their most profitable time I guarantee it) . The people they have on night shift can't even organize a line and told me " I don't know what to tell you. stand in the right line. " After I stood in a long obvious 2nd line for 20 minutes, they didn't bother to tell anyone that that wasn't the line... Then to be rude after their stupid mistake... SMH maybe customer service will be taught to the future employees. On top of all of this, their food is mediocre at best, bland grilled chicken. The best part of the whole thing is the jasmine rice and all you have to do is boil that for 20 minutes. If you would like a better bento go ANYWHERE else, I'm sure Alpo makes better bento.
