Been to the one downtown and it was nice. Friendly staff and clean. Haven't had the Pizza but the hot wings are great! Also I got delivery from the West Medford place and they are still friendly and free delivery and the prices are great and the wings were really good.
Horrible service... Called in delivery guy asked me to speak up so I do, politely. He's acting distracted like my order don't matter... Finally I'm told "is that it cause we won't deliver that" ok why "it's under 15 bucks" ok whats the size up, "10' is our biggest pizza but we got cookies and brownies..." no what about the 14' and 16' pizzas? "oh yea what kind of pizza" same as I just ordered, "what size" well how much for the medium and large. "which one?" (im starting to get annoyed) both of them, tell me the price for both, then he says "oh god" and I scream THANKS ANYWAY LOSER!!
Nice place to hang after work. Good people and food.
Got pizza and breadsticks. Way overpriced for what you get. Food was ok. Nothing to set it apart from all the other pizza options around. Atmosphere was way run down. Plates were chipped and broken. No customer service really.
Extremely disappointed in their pizza. A bit bland and thin chewy crust, but the worst was the lack of any meat the rhe pizza, literally several slices had ONLY 1 piece of pepperoni on it. I have pictures but cant upload them. We could have bought Papa Johns pizza for much less and has a better meal. We Will never order again:(
