Bathroom should be condemned. When i complained about it I was told " it was cleaned yesterday Ma'am. I guess thats why it smelled like month old piss. Needless to say I took a shower when I got home.
New floor, paint and new toilet are badly needed. Last time I will go there.
Took four hats in to be cleaned. Sweat stains around the band. Picked them up and they were ruined. Shape destroyed and colors bled. No apology, no refund, no offer to replace.

The long-time counter clerk at the Ashland location is TERRIBLE at customer service. All she wants is to give you a receipt, take your clothes, give 'em back, and run your card. She cannot handle questions and angers easily. She actually yelled at me! The owners truly ought to fire her. I switched to the Medford location. It is less convenient, but the service is friendly and helpful. I swear by this.
