Several weeks ago I had a customer service problem but I am here to tell you that the store manager, Brett Whitson was THE MOST responsive person I have ever encountered when sharing the experience. Not only did he take care of me as though I had spent a million dollars there but when I came back to pick up my jewelry, he remembered my name, again made me feel like I was the most special customer he has and then polished and checked my rings for me. I had been searching for someone to replace my retired jeweler and I have found the place. Brett offers the kind of customer service we are all looking for. Honest, reliable and true to his word.
This Morning Sales Team Was Fantastic" If I could give the ten stars I would!!! Brett & the Young lady went above and beyond what you might "expect" at your average mall jewelry store. From the second I walked in I was made to feel comfortable. On this day I was in fact wearing sandals and dressed down for my day off. Regardless of my personal presentation Brett & his Lady associates gave the best customer care possible. They were able to clean all my jewelry for free. They also helped me with the process of ordering a new piece of jewelry. I was highly impressed with the professionalism and enthusiasm of this Jewelry Stores staff.
I was charged a $69.99 Warranty Fee without the clerk even mentioning the fee!!! So bogus...will be calling my state's Better Business Bureau. This I am sure is a standard business practice with this company. How can they get away with such a tactic??? I am in disbelief.
