Shout out to Izzi (Izzie? Lizzie?) who helped me with a curtain exchange tonight. I purchased four panels last night, only to find out they were too long. I brought them back tonight, and she remembered who I was and recommended ordering the shorter version. Very customer service oriented and friendly. My only complaint is that they do not stock the 63" curtain panels in the store.
