They want to charge you extra to clean the inside of your car. I came in there today and my husband had cleaned out most of the dog hair in the car actually looked pretty good. They wanted additional $30.00,on top of the $55, they were charging.
Good wash for the price. 11 bucks get you a great outside wash plus a wipe to clean the dash with. They got a 55 dollar quick detail that I am planning on trying.
After moving my car was *filthy* and I didn't want to spend the hours detailing it. The very sweet attentive clerk told me what the "In and Out" option entailed so I went for it (it includes a basic automated wash). While I was waiting I was able to get other shopping/errands done in the Medford center, then came back to their nice little waiting room where an attendant found me once they were done. It took an hour but the insides were immaculate - I don't know the last time I saw my car that clean. The one thing worth knowing is they don't hand detail the outside except for the wheels, so there was a little really caked on bird poop still present - nothing I can't handle. I would definitely go back.
Horrible job on my car today, I took my husbands truck in and they charged me $45.00 and spend an hour cleaning it. it looked fantastic I took my car in today they spent 20 min and charged me $55.00 and my car still has bird poop on it. I will never take it back.
I wish them a lot of luck staying in business.
