I gotta say, this is a cool little joint which is near my hotel. Passing through Medford on my way to SF, stopped in for a bite and some local craft beers after reading some reviews. Didn't know what to expect but felt right at home in this "local" / "biker friendly" bar. Good draft selection (12 craft taps) for great prices and Zoe behind the bar (who works her ass off) is a great girl. Hit this place up for a non-pretentious good time.
Zoee and the crew ROCK! Service is excellent, food is really good and it's a diverse crout that mesh well.
Zoe is a great bartender, very friendly. John and Jonathan are the cooks, great food!!! I really enjoyed myself, and being from NYC the capital of bars and restaurants I was totally impressed!!! Way to go Trophy Club, thanks for the hospitality ♡♡♡♡♡
Very sad!
The owner is absolutely awful to his employees! He is rude, demeaning, belittling, verbally abusive, does not communicate schedule changes, impatient, and the list goes on. I was having major medical issues and had to take time off. When I was well and ready to go back to work he filled my position and did not even return my message or respond. I am a single mother and could not afford to lose my job. Turnover rate for his employees is so high because he treats his bartenders with such disrespect, no compassion or appreciation for anything one does. It's
