Always afraid to give a place like this a great review as I'll never be able to get a table. I'm not selfish: Legit Italian with so many fantastic options - still wish they were a bit closer to Ashland. Mulberry Street right in MFR!
Promptly seated, attentive staff. Clean environment with comfortable bistro feel. Prices are reasonable. Lemon drops were delicious. The sugar was left off the rim of the second one which the waitress fixed when asked. The house bread was unappetizing as it lacked flavor. However, the herb butter was perfectly balanced and tasty. The cesar salads were large and full of flavor with a hint of anchovies. The bruschetta was under toasted, but otherwise savory. The balsamic vinegar set it apart from other local restaurants. The spinach and ricotta raviolis were full of flavor and worth a repeat visit for. The mushroom raviolis appeared to be made with button mushrooms which were disappointing as wild mushrooms were described on the menu. The Sherry was overpowering and made the dish underwhelming. To go boxes were needed as the portion sizes are ample. Overall, I'd recommend giving this restaurant a chance.
Once in and sat down very friendly and inviting we went about 6pm on a Tuesday quite and nice food was great and good portion they make all dishes fresh which I liked and can omit somethings great for me only draw back was the restroom because I'm a Para I couldn't use it but was able to wash my hands other than that will go back also have a good menu to choose from.
The stuffed mushrooms and bruschetta are magnifico!! And so are Michael and John. John sure knows good wine, too! I'll be back. Hey maybe even tonight....!
Wonderful food and great service. First time to this restaurant and we will definitely be back. The Lemon Almond Rockfish was the best fish dinner I have ever eaten and my wife said that the Ravioli San Reno was delicious. Portions are just right.
